Welcome Parents and Gymnasts

We are thrilled to have you and your gymnast join us for an exciting competition. This packet provides information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

• Date: November 23rd and 24th
• Venue: Conestoga Valley High School - Lancaster
• Hosted by: Gymnastics of York

• Doors Open: 7:30am
• Gymnast Registration: Athletes should arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled warm-up time.
• Warm-Up Times: Refer to the schedule provided by your coach for your gymnast's warm-up and competition times.

• Seating: Bleacher seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please respect the reserved areas for athletes and coaches.
• Admission Fees:
  • Adults: $10
  • Children (under 12): $5
  • Children under 5: Free
• Payment: Cash please.

Saturday 23rd

• Session 1 - 8 am Level 4 and 5
• Session 2 - 10:30 am Xcel Silver
• Session 3 - 1:30 pm Level 6 and 7
• Session 4 - 4:30 pm Level 2 and Xcel Bronze

Sunday 24th

• Session 5 - 8 am Level 8 and Xcel Platinum
• Session 6 - 11 am Xcel Gold
• Session 7 - 1:30 pm Level 9 and 10, Xcel Diamond
• Session 8 - 4:30 pm Level 3

• Parking: Free parking is available at the venue.
• Entrance: Use the main entrance. Gymnasts check-in is marked.

• Concessions: Snacks, drinks, and light meals will be available for purchase throughout the day.

• Awards Ceremonies: Awards will be presented after each session. We encourage all athletes and parents to stay for the ceremony to celebrate the accomplishments of all gymnasts.
• Team Awards: Top 3 teams in each division will receive team trophies.
• Individual Awards: Medals will be given to the top 50% of athletes in each level and age group, and 100% in the all around.

• Photography: Professional photographers will be on-site to capture the event. Photos will be available for purchase online — please sign up here: Photo signup.
• Meet Sweatshirts and T-Shirts: Order from the shop on GymnasticsOdyssey.com. Your pre-order will be ready for you at the meet. Pre-order clothing will also have your club logo on the sleeve. Purchases on the day will not.

• First Aid: A certified athletic trainer will be present for any injuries or emergencies.
• USAG Required Signage: Please observe.

• For Gymnasts: Lily will be on the floor during the meet to encourage teams.
• For Gymnasts and Parents: Immediately after each session awards, the opportunity to ask questions is offered. You have 15 minutes to ask Lily and her mother Tara your questions.
